Question related to the "Always Highlight" option

I'm not sure if the thread is for this section of the forum. If it's not - i want to apologize.
When the "Always Highlight" option in the "UI" some items will still be displayed for a few seconds (high level white items, rare items, currency items, gems) and the maps will be premanently displayed. My question is - is it possible to make all these items( rare, currency etc.) to be displayed permanently just like the maps? I would be very happy if it's possible! Thank you in advance! They are displayed all the time. They may not be allocated to you if you're in a party though.

Always Highlight causes all items (rare, currency, white, etc.) to be permanently displayed.
Pressing Z in-game turns the Always Highlight option on and off. If pressing Z does not un-check the item on the options menu, then it is a bug and should be reported in the Bug Reports forum. You didn't show the "Always HIghlight" option as checked in that video.

press the alt key to show the items, and check your options again -> UI -> Check the Always highlight Option -> SAVE THE OPTIONS
dont press Z or Y ingame, or the items are not always highlighted again The elements are my allies.
