Question about Headhunter...

Guys , last night i got my hands on Grim Dawn and Played it quite a bit untill ... it just dropped... i'm little lost here and i hope someone can make it clear.
Headhunter's Trophy and Headhunter are practically same with looks and name so... here's my question , is it some cult item (skull belt named headhunter) or one of these two games just shamelessly stole item from other game? or these two games have same developer? i'm rlly lost about this topic and really would appreciate if someone can make it clear. here's the unique:  Last bumped on Mar 17, 2017, 8:25:03 PM

They're all going to look similar because at the end of the day, it's a bunch of shrunken heads / skulls on a belt or some other gear. There's only so many ways you can draw that.
