Guys check this out: Just look at the mods, thats actually 540 pure Phys on 1 hand sword. Plus the crit base is pretty good. People were arguing that Soul Taker's max DPS was 350, but it performed as well as a 450 DPS weapon due to its free socket. Best 1H axe is like 550 DPS? So maybe we can have some sort of formula going. Best way of course would be to use simple common sense. If a unique relies on its rarity for balance, then maybe it shouldn't be so powerful.
