Does Iron Will Stack with Iron Grip

I'm making a Ethereal Knives build and i know that Iron Will up its damage but if i get the passive Iron Grip on the skill tree do they stack on top of each other. Because Ethereal Knives is both a spell and a projectile so i would think that they do stack but i dont know for sure.

Projectile *attacks* is the keyword. Since EK is a spell, rather than an attack, it wont apply.

Iron Grip affects projectile attacks, but Ethereal Knives is a (projectile-) spell, therefore Iron Grip has no effect on it.

Alright makes sense i guess its good that it does not stack because i have 370 STR that's a 74% damage bonus and if that got applied twice that would be some insane damage.
