Sever the Right Hand quest rewards problem?

The wiki says the following are the quest rewards for the marauder.

Item Quantity

I just killed the general and it shows the following gem rewards.

normal

Endurance Charge on Melee Stun
Weapon Elemental Damage
Minion and Totem Resistance
Added Fire Damage
Life Gain on Hit
Melee Splash
Fire Penetration
Point Blank

I just wanted the Item Quantity and did all that work for nothing?

In the new leagues the item quantity mod doesn't exist anymore, so you can't find gear with %IIQ and you cannot have the item quantity gem.

The mod no longer exists in the standard league? I just spent all night for nothing? No one has updated the wiki?

same problem in standard league.. no IIQ gem from questrewards the wiki states (duelist act3 normal gravicious kill)

The wiki is made by players so if something isn't up to date, players have to fix it. I'm just saying this because I suspect the people who have discovered it's wrong about a quest reward haven't bothered to fix it.
