I know this is due to lack of players in general, but it is kind of disappointing how many people are in the 28 bracket. That's to say, nada.
I am in Australia though, so all the Americans are asleep. I did two duels with my life leech claw shadow before I went into cruel, and I completely owned two rangers. "Minions of your minions are your minion's minions, not your minions." - Mark

Realise that pvp is also segmented by gateways. You try euro gateway?

if I am on I will join lvl 28 pvp on any server just whisper me

feel free to challenge me if you like. send a pm my way in forums if ur on and i'll log in if i'm around. unbeaten in hc and only beaten in default by hexaste. just a tad busy atm writing up a project report so not much time to log in and wait in queues. but i'll happily take challenges!

or in game with Khastro or AliceMeetsBob most ppl are racing at the moment i think (but me not anymore :< ), and i hardly find one for lowlvl pvp, and its more hard to find a 28ish char that is made for pvp and not just normal leveling. i also already killed my 28 char to come to default, in hope for more matches | |

In HC you should ask global and ask the gateway if you can't find those players in a town instance.
But don't expect much from level 28 pvp most players use viper strike or bear trap builds. |
