Game crash upon trying to load Prisoner's Gate

I played for 4 hours without any problems, then when trying to load into Prisoner's Gate my game crashes with the 3 following error messages. I've tried restarting my computer. Could it be a Microsoft C++ error? Uninstall then reinstall it?

have you added -swa (--softwareaudio) or --nosound to your shortcut target (or launch parameters if you're using Steam)?

Have the same problem with all kind of different areas...
sometimes its working after 2-3 restarts, sometimes i have to get a tp in the area or stuff... nothing helps and GGG dont do anything about this, the problem is up for a loooong time |

Have you guys tried what Drakier has posted? It does sound like that would help. You may want to run a pack check to check that your install is fine. If there is any issues or these problems persist please email support@grindinggear.com.

Pack check doesn't help (it says that everything is ok).
I've uninstalled the game, and downloaded whole 4gb again. Prisoner's Gate has worked but the other location had same problem again. I didn't have any disconnection problem with internet. |

Did the same few times, didnt helped at all =/ Most of the time if i want to change to specific areas, my game crashes and after a restart i am able to get into the area. Often, by areas like "Crematorium" it crashs everytime even after restarts, and i have to get into those areas per TP... such a joke |
