Fiery Dust: The Undying Blockage Problem

I turned in the quest and received the skill point however I did not receive the item to remove the blockage. Luckily, the people I was playing with could use another character to get me to the next portal so I can continue playing. But the quest does not show up on the completed side.

This quest begins when you first approach Undying blockage in the Warehouse Sewers
Then you need to go to Solaris Temple Level 3 and speak with Lady Dialla. She will give you the quest to find the Ribbon Spool.
After that go to The Docks and find Thaumetic Sulphite.
Bring both items to Lady Dialla in Solaris Temple Level 3.
Go to Warehouse Sewers and burn Undying blockage with given item.

Are you sure you did this? Bring 2 items to Dialla, and she didn't give you Infernal Talc (mix of 2 items)?
And there is no skillpoint reward in this quest.

Sorry, your right. Its the previous quest item that lets you through the Undying blockage and that is what I am missing. Victario's secrets shows completed but I don't have the reward that lets me clear the blockage.

I am an idiot, I forgot you have to get the item from Dialla.
