Added Fire or lightning with Elemental Hit?

Well, I can only choose 1, so which would be more beneficial? Also, why is added lightning damage range so much less than fire?

You mean support gems?
Added Fire Damage scales with physical damage and Added Lightning Damage scales with attack speed. Since you're going Elemental Hit, I assume you won't focus in physical damage so I'd say Added Lightning Damage. What do you mean with range differences? |

" Ignore the range differences comment, sorry. I did not now lightning damage scales with attack speed. I am using a thicket bow so maybe should use added lightning. I am also using the anger aura and have some added cold damage on other items. So I guess I am a lot more elemental then physical damage based. |

Do you know WHY is scales with attack speed? That's the important factor.

Elemental hit is fun until you realize youll spend 200 mana per attack with only 2-3 support gems x)
