A fixture of fate - quest

I have finished Normal, but I missed A Fixuture of Fate quest. I have completed A Swing of Hope quest. The only area I haven't explored in Act 3 is the Library. Where does "A Fixuture of Fate" quest start? Thank you |

You answered your own question, it's in the only area you haven't explored.

Yes he as at the end of library and then the quest sends you to another area.

I overlooked that one also.
I found him at the portal, he then sends you to the Archives to get golden pages. Fight censorship
