Having 3 totems at once?

Hey guys,
I think you all know the skill "ancestral bonds" which leds you summon 2 totems. Today I was looking what kind of Steamachieves there are and found the following: "Have 3 Totems alive at one time." How would that be possible? Is there an item which allows you to have one more totem? |

Yes, the curse immunity shuts the curses that stack up from this item off. You can't be re-cursed until the flask effect is done.
