yesterday i went there for the first time, i ran all over the map then noticed one place where it could be. that way was for some unknown reason to me blocked by a wagon/cart/horse carrige. The only way to get past that was to either use Leap Slam(you need the right kind of weapon equiped so you can use it) or Lightning Warp which is a spell and everyone can use those.

I'ts a known bug. GGG will fix it soon. Try to reset the map and hope for better luck.

 Here it is! I only gave you a hint but you need to find the entrance by yourself. It is rumored one is only worthy to enter with an inventory fully of albino rhoa feathers. IT's a bug, i had the same problem. the place where you should find it has been blocked off because of how the map is randomly made. Just reset it map and try again.

I ran into the same issue yesterday. It seems to be one particular configuration, which I got 3 times in a row before finally getting one with the exit to the garden unblocked.
