1H Elemental Spectral Hammer Throw Build

No one uses the Galvanic Hammer cluster. And when I thought about the idea of playing a character kind of taking after Thor with electric hammers being whipped at enemies, I got excited.
But for the life of me I can't, for lack of a better term, hammer this build out to be solid. There's not enough info on the skill out yet for me to plan right, I can't give this build enough life for my liking... Help? |
