Haven't received POE T-shirt
i bought a Divine support pack and got an email says to allow up to 10 weeks for the shipment. It has been 12 weeks now and i still haven't gotten the T-shirt. Who do i suppose to contact?

" There is no need to post this. It does absolutely no good to anyone. Victoria already said that any issues with physical items needs to be sent directly to Jinx. The only involvement GGG has in it is the Redemption Codes. If you have your redemption code, then any issue you have with not getting your t-shirt is squarely on the shoulders of Jinx. If you are missing your Redemption Code, then that is a different issue, and you need to email support at the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page. |
