TWO unanswered questions about Shavronne's Revelation (Shav's Ring)

1. Okay, so Shavronne's Revelation will not be dropped by monsters in Standard League anymore; what about it being obtained through using an Orb of Chance on a dropped Moonstone Ring from Standard, or on a Moonstone Ring from Anarchy/Onslaught? Is it impossible to chance it through all methods now?

2. What happens when you equip 2 Shavronne's Revelation? One on the left, & one on the right? Do you get both Mana regen & ES regen? Or are effects of both rings disabled by the other ring? Or, does the system simply prevent you from equipping 2 Shavronne's Revelation on both left and right ring slots?

Can't seem to find the answers using the search function of forums, so I'm making this thread to ask.
For question 1, about chancing a Shavronne's Revelation, it'll be preferable if the answer comes from a reliable source(s).(e.g. referenced posts by GGG)
For question 2, about equipping 2 Shavronne's Revelation, anyone who own 2 of these should know the answer.
Hope that someone out there has the answers, these 2 questions have been bugging me for quite some time, thanks.

If I remember correctly, the answer to #2 is that the worst possible case occurs. That means you cannot regenerate mana and you cannot regenerate or recharge energy shield. That should tide you over until an official answer comes, unless you trust me as a source, in which case you can just take my word for granted.

Im quite sure that chance orbs cannot roll any league specific unique, as they disabled it
for the 2 ring: just read it: if you equip both then you cannot regenerate mana or ES, it is clearly stated on the ring.

i can't find anywhere where it says that the league uniques aren't able to be rolled or dropped anymore.
people keep saying it but where did it start?

#1 - You will not be able to chance or find a Shav's ring in legacy leagues. Just like you couldn't find/chance some uniques in Anarchy/Onslauhgt.

#2 - First reply was correct. You won't be able to regen mana or ES.
