" Purely dependent on the build the OP wishes to use it on. And i wasn't being sarcastic, you answered truthfully. Those 2 mods are counterproductive to echother since one function with attacks and one with spells. A better option would be to roll %lightning damage over weapon elemental damage, that way it would effect both spells and weapon based lightning dps. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

Pretty amazing stats so far. I seriously doubt it dropped like that, which means you decided to base this off of a Gold amulet. But if that's the case, don't you want IIR and IIQ as the last 2 mods? I would have thought that to be a no-brainer.
