Does CI trigger Pain Attunement?

As the title suggests..
Does having Chaos Inoculation which puts your hp to 1 trigger the effects of Pain attunement (+30% spell damage) when at "Low health." Does CI trigger any or all of the passive skills that rely on being low hp? Thanks for the help in advance. Edit: Also while I am here; does "crit strike multiplier" apply to spell crits as well, or does it need to specifically say "spell crit strike multiplier" ? when u take CI your at 1 hp with is the max health for you. so you are always at max health and can't use any skills for low level health.
with spells you can use all crit nodes with "no name" on them, only the ones that say "bow" or other weapon type u wont use. |
