im lvl 10 allready , and i duno how to increase the strength...

Depending on where you are in the skill tree you can get a bunch of strength nodes or use items like the Amber Amulet.

well...... dont have any strength in the skill tree
well i just see only intelligence and dexterity i have only 14 strength what to do? |

There are a few nodes close to where you are. Look for the red nodes, those are strength. Since you're playing a Shadow, who is a Dexterity/Intelligence based character, it may take a couple of levels for you to reach them. This is perfectly normal, please don't panic! :)
Alternately, as Stewart suggested, you can pick up or buy items that have strength on them, such as an Amber Amulet. These are often available from vendors in town. No longer works at GGG
