Endurance Charge on Hit
Multiplier: 120% ------------------------ Supported Melee Attacks have a 20% chance to generate an Endurance Charge on Hit. Quality: 1% additional chance to generate an Endurance Charge on Hit per 2% quality Level: 1% additional chance to generate an Endurance Charge on Hit per level This should solve a bit of the melee survivability issue without needing to directly buff or nerf anything. You can get endurance charges just by pressing a button while being near items. Literally any build with a spare gem slot can get endurance charges extremely easily. PCoC was needed because you had to use volls or PS before, both very niche things.

the only gem I know of that grants Endurance Charges is Enduring Cry and that's not necessarily something you wanna spam all the time (and it's not all that good against a single enemy)
it would be nice for melee to be able to generate them easily without Enduring Cry |
