Did not receive skill points from quests

I did not receive the passive skill points when completing 2 quests (1 in act one and another in act two). On both occasions I had just leveled up and still had one unapplied skill point. When I right-clicked on the "skill book" in my inventory I did not receive the extra skills for completing the quests. Fix the bug please because I've lost 3 skill points already I don't want it to happen again. Thank you.

I doubt it's a bug you probably had a book for respec points rather than an actual passive point.
Type /passive or /passives, (i forget which) and it'll tell you exactly how many points you have and which quests you have completed that gives you them. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

There has never been a documented case about this ever, but people have reported it 100 times with one of 2 errors on their part.
