Crit Lightning Passive Tree - Critique it

I dont necessarily know what skills im going to use yet but here is a tree with 71 passives allocated. Please let me know what you think.

I thought that until you have an idea of what skills you want to use, critiquing that tree is most probably a waste of time.

the build is not bad but if you stack chance to shock you dont need crits in the first place
