Buff duration doesn't increase the duration of endurance charges?

The buff duration passives say, "15% increase duration of buffs and debuffs you create from skills." Enduring cry is a skill and endurance charges are buffs. If endurance charges are not buffs, then what are they?

Charges, that's what they are.

I guess that kind of makes sense. Still, charges are technically buffs, even if the game mechanics say otherwise. :P

Yes they are charges...that give you a buff that you created from a skill. Kind of annoying.

anything that improves your character in ANY WAY is a buff. but then again... there are tons of sub categories permanent buffs temporary buffs etc etc etc |
