Minimum ILVL for uniques

I would like to know what's the minimum ILVL required for chancing these items:

ilvl doesnt matter for uniques so the minimum is the minimum level for the base item to drop.

Shavronne's Wrapping requires level 62 to wear it, but it needs to be an ilvl of 68 or above.
I have no idea about the items you are asking about though. |

Soul Taker is any siege axe.
Kaom's is glorious plates |
