I am not sure what it is worth so I likely won't sell to the first offer until I can get an idea of its value. hoping the crit multi makes up for the lack of crit %.. (it is the highest value of the highest possible mod for wands) you can test this for proof with a poexyz search http://poe.xyz.is/search?league=Standard&type=Wand&modmin=-%E2%88%9E&modmax=%2B%E2%88%9E&mods=%23%25+increased+Global+Critical+Strike+Multiplier&time=2013-07-06 max from over 300 wands is 38.
