Additional Recipe for Blessed and Divine Orbs

I guess many players would like to use a divine orb but they do not do it because of its limited availbility and the connected price.

Therfore I suggest to reduce the drop rate of divine orbs to 1/3 of the rate of the blessed orbs and add a connected recipe that allows us to trade 3 blessed orbs for 1 divine orb.

I think that would consume many orbs and make players more happy about their gear because they can use more options to modify it at an reasonable price.

I hope for further suggestions or maybe better solutions to tackle it.
