Piety on lvl71 Map

Is this Mapboss kinda Troll from GGG? It is just 1-2 hitting me. Whole partys die.

16k Armor, 2,8k Life, 75% Resists.

You cant even react, cause she is fucking outscreening u with here lightningstrike.

The real fun part starts if you do this map with "4 additional projectiles" :D

Holy mother of electric balls wall.


Dunno but plz nerf maybe?!?!?!?

I agree, she is hard as nails especially like you said with the additional projectiles mod. What i've learnt is to never do this map. I'll just get 3 of them and upgarde at vendor. The map layout isnt particularly good anyway.

you are kidding right? Temple maps are pretty much one of the best maps there is. Even without doing Piety.

Get the shield that gives max resist, run purity and she becomes a lot easier.

2.8k is extremely low. As well, might get elemental adeption & purity to get 5% max res. Use topaz flask and mayby remove shock or even the immunity to shock effects helmet.

I do her as melee just fine, you just need to find your way to approach her;


I first start with temporal chains, keep moving to avoid the lightning storm, as soon as I get in or almost in melee range -> enfeeble -> topaz flask on and hold my fingers on my instant potions. With using 1 topaz flask (2x use) I can get her to about 40~60% depending on position. When topaz flask is off, use temporal chains & move out asap.
In melee range try to move around her abit to avoid some damage from the lighting balls as well.

Avoid map mods such as additional projectiles, fleet, monster damage, -max resist, boss 30% dmg and whatnot.


She is hard, and I love it, finally a challenge. Most bosses in maps are a joke anyway, this one actualy requires some thinking on how you approach her.

If you are undergeared for her; roll maze on the temple map and skip Piety.

Yes, I agree that this is definetly a problem! I think they should do somehting about offscreen attaks... I usually just skip her :D

I'm not in for nerfing so I say just skip her until you are ready but all that switching gear seems way too tedious and not everyone's idea of playing.

When she is not on your screen, you move. You do not stop. If you hear her scream, about 1~2 seconds later the lightning storm will be casted. You can even use a quicksilver flask. As soon as you see her on your screen, do temporal chains and you can dodge any attack from her.

If not using Blood Magic keystone, then swap an aura to purity & change granite(s) to topaz flasks. No gear have to be changed at all.

Try again when you get 4k hp + and pût enfeeble on te boss

You si dont have the lvl/gear for do this boss or lot of Map nothing need ner but you you need up your gear

i think 2,8HP for a physical ranger is quite good, i took all lifenoods in range and on every piece of my equipment is +life...you cant expect everyone got a kaoms heart ._. ...im lvl 83 and i guess my equip is quite decent!

I think the comperative between this boss and other lvl71 mapbosses is just ridicolous...either she is way to powerful (i guess 90% will admit) or the other mapbosses are to weak ( yeah some are realy weak, also some lvl73 bosses too)

Nice to hear the trick of hearing hear "scream" befor she uses her lightningstorm, never realized cause i have always sound off + mp3 on :D

Its not good 2.8 its really really bad .
You dont need 500k dps you need survivability for dont die In end game, you cant play glass canon in this game
Ppl play with koam and 8k 9k hp in old league for Never Die in hard High lvl Map that What you need
But for Map you play atm and without koam you can get and you NEED 4k + or you Will die a lot in High lvl Map(just magic rare monster Will kill you a lot in High Map) and hard map
Trade a lot of regret and change yor build , and get gear with 90+ hp in all part
And save all your chance and use on glorious plate for chance a koam


Or You can go ES/ci and stay in ranger witch shadow area and make a really good physical crit build
