Frenzy Charges worth it?

I'm playing a Ranger in hardcore and was wondering if frenzy charges are even worth picking up. I'm level 23 right now and the charge I have rarely procs. What is your guy's opinion on frenzy charges? I didn't go out of my way to pick it up so getting rid of it is just one point.

there are 3 ways to get frenzy charges.
Use frenzy Each attacks from that skill gives u one charge up to a maximum of 3 (normal) to 6 (with passive)
Use blood rage each enemy kill with that skill on will give u a charge
Use the unique sword that gives a frenzy charge on critical hits.

So just think if you want to get frenzy charge now.

Frenzy charges are definitely worth it if you're a duelist or shadow and are melee-heavy. I have a flicker strike build that builds and consumes frenzy charges very quickly, so there is a use for them, though your build may be fine without them.
