PC on solid looking rares

These look pretty good, but I'm not exactly sure of their worth. Anyone care to help me out?

Carrion Salvation - Need to find a buyer. Chances are nobody will value huge EV over res though.

Doom Carapace - 1 chaos if you can find a buyer. I had tons of gear like this but could never find a buyer.

Spirit Shelter - 2 chaos. Stress the % increased armor.

Dread Coat - A new CI user might like it, but the ES is just a touch low. I'd probably pay 2 chaos for this.

Pandemonium Halo - Make auction. I sold a similar helm for 20 chaos 6 alch (http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/423126). Don't take the lowball offers and wait for somebody ready to make you a serious offer.

Coral ring - not sellable. (Needed IQ or real stats)

Miracle star - 1 alch if you ever find a buyer. I just can't find buyers for the mediocre life + dual res gear.
