It's happening to me as well; but for the general discussion sections. If you take a look at your address bar; you'll notice something:
http://www.pathofexile.com/index.php/index.php/forum/view-thread/42467 For some reason, a second index.php is being added. It only seems to be occurring on specific forum sections. |

What browser are you using. It seems like the new version of google chrome is having issues with flash player. Not sure if this is anything that GGG could help fix on their end or not. Try a different browser, update the flash player, or disable the flash player chrome plugin and see if anything helps.
