Fire Tank Shadow CI

Alright so this is my first attempt at making a tank build in general, and i planned for it to be using a dagger

Skills i plan to use
Tempest Shield
Molten Shell
for like tank buffs

for a main attack im planning on using Lightning Strike

wait.. oh.. mmm.. just realized im planning on using more lightning damage than fire =.=

........

okay just made a new version of my fire tanky build except has a lot more lightning damage passives.

here's my original idea ::

PS these builds were inspired by the Lightning Strike CI build thing

my goal of the revised build was to proc the tempest shield skill as much as possible so i tried to grab some block recovery nodes.

The two main stats i plan to stack with my armor is Armour and Energy Shield

but if you think that i should also add some evasion or something please say so and why.

my thoughts of not including evasion is because well, im not sure if evasion will interfere(did i spell that right? xD) with the rate of attacks i block from the enemy.

sorry if i make an obvious mistake. I'm quite new to the game
