I'd vote for a cyclone or leapslam duelist. +2 melee range from master of the arena + another 2 from this amulet would make some big splashes.

downside of the ammy is pretty high

i would simply play vaal pact life cyclone.
with enough damage you will be full life 90% of the time anyway | |

it is 60% increased it isnt MORE. this amulet is pretty bad.

... and it is 50% "reduced" ES, not "less" ES.
If you have much increased ES, the drawback is reduced (+100% ES becomes +50% etc) |
