Is the music done by the same person who does music for the Elder Sroll series?

I was listening to the music and is reminds me of the music from the elder scroll series. Is it the same person who composed it?

Nope, Jeremy Soule composed the soundtracks to Morrowind and Skyrim (as well as Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, and others).
