Need Help Please! Soo Frustrating.

Its downloaded and has been for about 7hours now and eversince ive been on here trying every solution i can to fix it, its also open weekend (stress w.e) and really wanted the chance to play, my problem:

"The D3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released"

"Failed resetting Direct3D device objects"

"DXUTCreateDevice failed"

Im using a laptop therfore dont know whats up with the chips and stuff or whatever.
My Laptop:

System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3
Lenovo
Inrel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU
T5600 @ 1.83GHz
987 MHz, 0.99 GB of RAM

Any help what so ever i would really appreciate ideas and solutions to how this may be fixed, willing to try till its solved.

Still dont have a beta key but thats the least of my worries ATM as ill figure something out as to getting one.

HELP PLEASE! Thanks (:
My apologies for your troubles.

I am speculating since I do not know the FULL HARDWARE specifications being used....

Intel series 3 or Older GPU's cannot be used, since the game requires SHADER 3.0

If that unit has a Real ATI / NVIDIA GPU with an Intel GPU, then the issue is most likely:

Open NVidia Control Panel (you can normally right-click your desktop and open it through the context menu, otherwise it's probably in your start menu).

In the Control Panel, under the Desktop menu, make sure that "Add "Run with graphics processor" to Context Menu" is checked.

Now you can right-click the Path of Exile Client.exe and select "Run with graphics processor" -> "High performance NVidia processor".

I dont even think i have that ? (NVidia) TBH i thought this was a up to date laptop, worked perfectly fine with other mmorpg. Guess i need to upgrade, "Question: can/would i be able to upgrade the graphics card in a laptop? is it as easy as that? Or would i have to use a completely different laptop?

Cheers,
Well, some units have BOTH a NVIDIA / INTEL....it helps keep the heat down. The NVIDIA only kicks in when needed.

Nope, you cannot UPGRADE a Laptop videocard. Only a select few models have Discrete type cards in them.

Im downloading "nVidia Graphics Driver (Windows Vista 32-bit / Windows 7 32-bit)" do you know if this will come of any help to my problem ?
Nope. It will only help if you have a NVIDIA GPU
