Iron reflexes help

So with the full passive reset, I decided to look into Iron Reflexes for my build to make it more durable. It is a ranger, full evasion build. My gear currently carries about 1500 evasion, and I have no evasion nodes on the passive tree.
http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgIAr-sB0fT4okDEotwVq9Kn1P7IoaQQLeHbbz0bARn-FfD5Yxrb7g5W-nRBd9eVBTKUfwLZxgWEpuB_KzB8UUdv8jnUoJ-Nv-sUBbWxMIbOzerUI7TFC5Ga8QiJkyVdaMEz_MXdDSzpWz20GuLLJT8UdQ6tKaWQCjqz1oo= Before Iron Reflexes, I have around 3000 evasion and 0 armor. By simply adding the Iron Reflex passive and not changing any other passives, I get 0 evasion (which is expected) but only 1500 armor (which is half of what it should be). It seems like it is converting all the evasion from armor, but disregarding % increase of evasion with dexterity (233 dexterity = 46% increase dexterity). I can only find one source on Iron Reflex, http://en.pathofexilewiki.com/wiki/Iron_Reflexes#Example, which shows that dexterity should contribute. Is this a mistake in the source or something with my build that is causing the conversion to half? 3000 armor would maybe work with my build (would need some playing experience with it) but 1500 armor is definitely not worth it. Thanks! |

You need to understand how Acrobatics is working. Hint : read its description carefully.

Oh, wow. You're correct right there. I always read it just ES, and never noticed it also halves armor, but thanks. Guess I could only use one or the other.
