Price Check needed on a Marohi Erqi

It's a very low roll and it's only 4 sockets and only a 3L so I'd have to reroll it with at least 1 divine and try to get 6 sockets first and after that try to at least 4L it.

How much should I pay for it? Is it even worth buying if I had to do all that stuff?

Could have gotten it for 30 chaos and 5 alch but I decided to keep my 30 chaos offer because I thought no one would make an offer at least for a while. The guy ended up selling it for 1ex and 10 chaos. I decided to not offer more because I don't think it's worth it to pay that much when there's so many orbs to be spent on this.
