uninstall game incompletely and can't install back

ok here is my problem

My PoE crash when logging in so I tried to unistall it and reintall it back

but when I unistalled POE it have a waring (warning 1910 could not remove shortuct path of exile. Ink. Verify that the shrtcut file exist and that you can access it)

then i try to delete whole "Grinding Gear Game" folder, i think this movement making me can't install it again since the uninstall is incomplete :(

after i reinstalled it, only about 191 MB were downloaded and the size of my content.ggpk is only 212119 KB

How do i solve this problem?

first off what were the crash messages you were getting the first time round?

if you uninstal the game about the only thing that should be left is a folder in C:\Users\*****\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile and possibly the empty Grinding Gear Games folder.
Is that a typo on your part btw? the Grind Gear Game? instead of Grinding Gear Games?

Seems that your windows instaler may be corrupt and there are some fixes to try on that link

it's not my main problem now :(
