Error 0xc000007c!!!!!! [FIXED] I'll say how!

So yeah, I'm from D3 trying this game.
Went and downloaded the installer and seemed to install something.
It was done in like 5 seconds, I was like... what? that fast?
Wanted to start the game but it says error 0xc000007b.

Tried to look it up in the forum and tried everything.
From safe mode to compatibility mode, nothing seems to work.

I looked at the folder where it installs the game and it only had Client.exe and a folder called Redist.
Nothing more.

What happened?
I heard some people say it has to download while it's busy with the installer, mine doesn't do that.
It's not downloading anything.

Is there a way to download the client without the installer?
Please help, I wanna check this game out.

Payed $10 to only find out I can't even start the game, lol.

I FIXED IT! Woohoo!

Here's how I did it:

I extracted the installer.
It gave me the files it should install on your pc.
Put the dll files from the Win\System folder inside the install folder of PoE and it starts the patcher!
