Make magic items that drop better

Why don't magic blue items on the ground have special non-craftable modifiers on them? They are pointless to pick up or even see because there is nothing special about them. I love crafting but it would be cool if magic items had special modifiers that only appear on them that drop and can't be crafted.

Did you know in endgame some people turn off rare drops in their loot filter and keep on magic for the right bases and levels?

Magic items still have their uses.
From what I can tell, one nice thing about rare items is that they can drop with more than 1 prefix.

It's also possible for regular magic items to contain T1 mods.

What you're describing reminds me of something like a unique/magic item that only has 2 mods.

That would be pretty cool actually. Like corrupted boots with 45% movement speed, only 2 mods but no additional mods can be added to it.

It might suck for endgame and need resistances but it would be fun for a campaign playthrough.

In endgame, Magic Item are quite the chase drop, because they only need 2 perfect mod/roll, then viable to do perfect craft.

Rare drop is bad because it's quite impossible to get 5/6 perfect rolls.
