PS5 issue: website unavailable, loot filters not working, extremely long loading times.

Hello,

I have been experiencing a recurring issue in Path of Exile 2 on PS5. Several times a week the game starts functioning incorrectly:

* the official game website periodically does not open at all;
* due to the website being unavailable, loot filters stop working;
* loading into locations can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes;
* the issue occurs consistently and usually resolves itself only after about a day.

I am playing on PS5, my internet connection is generally stable, and other services work normally.

Could you please advise what might be causing this problem and what can be done to resolve it?
