Why post poe2 league announcements right in poe1 launch time?
|
Why the hell would you think that is a good idea? You have not even told us anything about 3.28 and your posting about the next poe2 league. That is insanely braindead marketing. That is the opposite of hyping up the league for the game people actually enjoy. You have months before that release happens, keep your team on track and lets have a decent poe1 league start before you try and push that abomination of a game.

Yeah, I get you.
At the same time, it is the same people that gave us T17s, put kingsmarch in the core game and now reworked breach so... not exactly known for making the best choices, are they now? :D Last edited by BluValk#6116 on Feb 18, 2026, 6:47:13 PM

Personally, I appreciate them keeping the other game's community in the loop.
Which I would note they appear to do equally for both games. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

It's just an announcement about a date... it's sad to see all the petty negative about a game.

I think they heard about Reign of the Warlock and crapped themselves

I'm under the impression that both games have different player bases who do not care about the 'other' game.

" Exactly this. These timeline notices have been standard practice for years. |

0.4 release date: December 12th
Expected 0.5 release date: ~April 12th GGG saying the reveal is in late April is actually saying "you'll have lots of time to play 3.28." 3.28 is huge confirmed? |
