Sound coming out of PS controller help

The game is muted, all volumes are at 0, output device is selected to headphones, still there's some sounds (not all lol) coming out of my controller. What is going on here? If the game is muted it's supposed to be muted, I don't want no sound ever coming out of my controller.

I can probably fix it going into my pc sound settings but I think this is something that should be looked into.
