Undying Hate + Supporting Fire

This post is no longer relevant. Only the first reply now matters.

Symptoms
Supporting Fire's Command Skill starts normally for around 0.5 seconds, then the below happens all at the exact same time:

- The Command Skill's cooldown resets and goes through the entire default cooldown, regardless of any modifiers.
- The first (of six) volley fires successfully, doing everything it is supposed to do. The second volley only fires visually, makes no sound, nor does anything to those that ought be affected. No other volleys appear in any form.
- The Skill Gem's stat sheet refreshes, as if reloaded (presumably the reload is what causes all of the symptoms listed so far).

Reproducible cause
The "Ambivalent Command" notable granted by the "Undying Hate" jewel will cause the symptoms to occur, depending on the amount of cooldown recovery granted (seemingly exclusively through the notable, the inclusion of the "Bidding III" Support Gem does not appear to affect the following oddity).

The oddity
The amount of cooldown recovery granted (by modifying "Tribute" amount, or by allocating multiple of "Ambivalent Command") changes how many consecutive casts of "Supporting Fire's" Command Skill will be successful, in both execution and cooldown, before a cast where the symptoms occur (lower cooldown recovery rate = more successful casts). The amount of time waited in between casts has no effect on the cycle.

For example (imaginary numbers):
Having 100 tribute may allow for 3 successful casts, followed by one cast with the symptoms.
Having 250 tribute May allow for 1 successful cast, having more would allow for no successful casts whatsoever.

I found the issue:

The downside to "Ambivalent Command" is killing the minion. Even equipping "Brutus' Brain" does not prevent this.

Presumably this is an oversight, as this minion does not seem like it ought to be able to take damage.
