Resonating Shield with mace mechanism, help please~

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out what specs would affect the damage output of Resonating Shield skill.

So far as I know, this skill's damage is mainly from the amount of Armour of the shield, not from mace, but attack speed and melee level would affect the skill.

So I'm wondering what else on the mace could actually affect it?
