At your Command - Does not apply buff any minions but only the ones in the presence

At Your Command – Liquid Emotions: Suffering, Despair, Envy
Minions deal 10% increased Damage with Command Skills for each different type of Persistent Minion within your Presence.

The skill appears to apply only to minions that are actually inside your Presence, even though the wording suggests it should apply to any minion while being calculated based on minions in Presence.

Right now, it seems that:

Only minions inside your Presence receive the damage bonus.

Minions outside the Presence get no bonus at all.


This means that if some of your minions are outside the Presence area, do not contribute to buff but also don’t get any buff.

Is this intended behavior?
