infinite loading screen

I'm on ps5 and experiencing this very long long like infinite loading screen when I'm logging in or even opening my inventory during mapping and even in Hideout and traveling on the campaign waypoints camps.

this issue is started when path of exile 1 phrecia league stared last January 2026 and till now path after patch same issue.

i hope GGG will resolve this kind of hell asap.
