Herald of Ice + Bow Bug/Glitch

When activating Herald of Ice with a bow, the effect only is visible on half the bow, for Herald of Ash and Herald of Thunder the effect is visible on the entire bow.
This happens on any bow type I've equipped through the Acts so far.
I presume this is a visual bug. Please fix :)
