spectre with skill and selfless remnants supply gem

conditions
1. spectre using spark skill which consumes cold infusion which could be checked on the specific information on game.
2. frost bombs with selfless remnant support gem which is written remnant to affect allies which is included minions

and also I tried conduit passive nodes to give charges to allies.

I expect spark skill from spectre to consume cold infusion after getting through while charges affected.

no action even I turned off giving charges to allies still.
