Incarnation of Dread(Echo of Reverence) BUG to Login and Portal vanished

Need a support about for what reason a bug happened to me...
Playing on Phrecia, Spent 4 divines to buy an Echo of Reverence to prepare a twisted boss fight ... when I opened portals and started the fight against incarnation of the dread, the game just bug and sent me back to login page.
When I logged back and re-entered in my hideout the portals disappear...
It's that it? I get prejudiced for a bug without any explanation of how it happened?
