OFTEN RANDOM CRASH

hi, i am on ps5 pro. it often happens that while playing the whole sounds of the game stop to work and you continue playing without any sounds and after some seconds the game crashes. it is random but it is happening very often . when it happens Sony gives me this repot id error : CE-108255-1

a clarification : it seems to happen mostly in abyss encounter
