Add Hideout toggle option to stop NPCs from turning in direction of player (for display purposes)

The title says all. This would be a nice, simple option to have so NPCs are always facing in their intended directions after decorating our Hideouts.
And the 'Guild Stash' text/label is also missing on the minimap in Hideouts:  Thank you for your time : ) HeavyMetalGear When game developers ignore the criticism that would improve their game, the game fails. Just because a game receives a great amount of praise vs. only a small amount of criticism does not mean to call it a day and make a foolish misplaced assumption that it is perfect.
